The objectives
Our goal is to provide high quality education and training opportunities for our students so that they can become professional nurses who will adopt sensitivity to all kinds of developments and changes that may affect human health and put those into practice in real life; who will be able to plan, implement and evaluate the required nursing care in any cases of patients so as to ensure professional standards; who will be able to fulfill their roles and functions as efficient members of health care team; who will be able to take part in the fields of nursing education, nursing management and academic research; and who take professional ethics principles while fulfilling all these.
Academic Opportunities
The graduate program is carried out at our faculty in collaboration with the Institute of Health Sciences on the main campus. Doctorate of nursing practice program is not available.
Career and Future Opportunities
The graduates of Fethiye Faculty of Health Sciences, Nursing Department are honored with the title of “a registered nurse (RN)”. Their license allows them work as clinical nurses, clinical nurse leaders, and health care directors at public or private health care facilities.
